I'm SO not a blogger....

Clearly I wasn't meant to be a blogger...I'm averaging one post a year it seems lol. So I'm back and trying again. I'm on day 4 of eating a plant based diet. Vegan/raw, no alcohol or processed foods, no refined sugar, meat or dairy. Today I had/made a chocolate almond milk, spinach, banana smoothie (YUM!!), eggplant bacon, sweet potato chips, avocado/cashew/basil pesto over zucchini noodles and coffee with my new favorite: hazelnut coconut creamer.
